When Simon died, circa 1905, Emma married
Frank McFarland. Frank had been a neighbor in Ballard, not far
from the house on W 54th. Frank McFarland was a Spanish
American War Veteran. He and Emma are buried at Evergreen/Washelli
in Seattle Washingon. They died within months of each other. |
